§ 2 Wholesale Ordering Requirements
There is a minimum purchase per order required.
All orders should be faxed or e-mailed to Fitnessfit and must include:
§ 3 Method of Payment
Fitnessfit accepts Credit Cards (Visa, Master Card, Discovery), Cashiers checks, Money Orders or C.O.D.´s.
The order must be paid before shipping the merchandise . The first purchase should be made with a Credit Card. A credit card form must be signed and faxed back to us with a copy of the credit card being used (front and back), and all the information required above.
§ 4 Way of shipping
All orders will be shipped F.O.B. Miami, Florida. All domestic shipments will be shipped via UPS or USPS unless otherwise specified. All shipping will include an insurance fee. No deductions are allowed for freight, parcel post, or UPS charges. There will be shipping and handling charges.
§ 5 Returns & Claims Policy
1. Customers should inspect all shipments carefully. They should verify the total number of cartons and that all are labeled and consigned to you.
2. A request for return of merchandise must be made within 10 days from merchandise is received. No exceptions. All returns must be approved by Fitnessfit and are subject to a 10% restocking fee of the merchandise you are returning.
3. All claims for shortages, damaged, or incorrect merchandise must be made immediately , maximum 3 days in U.S and 7 days for the rest of the world from merchandise is received, previous notification to Fitnessfit by telephone, fax or email.
4. Manufactured defective merchandise may be returned for replacement.
5. We cannot accept merchandise that has been worn or altered in any way. All our garments have specified washing instructions. We are not accountable for failure to follow these instructions. No exceptions will be made. Wash in cool water: Do not use bleach, use mild soap; Do not wrist or twist; Drip dry do not dry clean.
6. All returns require a Return Authorization number. Include invoice number with date, style numbers, sizes, colors, quantities, and reason for request.
7. On approval of a return requested, an authorization number will be faxed or e-mailed. The return authorization number must be clearly marked on the outside of the shipping carton. Any packages returned without an authorization number will be refused.
8. No cash or credit refunds will be allowed. Exchange or credit only.
9. All clearance merchandise purchases are final.
10. A $25 fee will be applied for returned or cancelled checks.
